一．    設(shè)備簡介

車用尿素是重型卡車、客車等柴油車達到國四排放標準的所需產(chǎn)品。車用尿素是由32.5%的高純尿素和67.5%的去離子水組成。也就是說，把高純度的尿素溶解在高純度的水中形成為溶液。為什么須使用超純水設(shè)備制取的超純水作為溶解液?使用自來水作為溶液，會造成什么樣的后果呢?如果車用尿素液純度不夠、或質(zhì)量偽劣，都會發(fā)生車輛發(fā)動機自動減速，同時，會污染SCR催化反應(yīng)罐中的催化劑，造成嚴重后果。所以，車用尿素生產(chǎn)須使用一級超純水(電阻率≥18MΩ.cm)。

1、 原水－原水加壓泵－多介質(zhì)過濾器－活性炭過濾器－軟水器－精密過濾器－一級反滲透設(shè)備－純水箱－陰陽混床裝置－拋光裝置－用水點

四．    設(shè)計特點

1. 系統(tǒng)采用全自動控制(同時亦可采用手動控制），系統(tǒng)運行時可設(shè)定自動反洗、再生程序；
