1、 Electronic grade pure water equipment features PLC automatic control of water treatment and system cleaning, which improves the stability and accuracy of the system and ensures the quality of produced water. The multi-media filter and activated carbon filter adopt the mode of upper inlet and lower outlet, with good filtering effect and convenient maintenance and overhaul. The two-stage reverse osmosis membrane treatment is adopted, which does not need to add a large number of chemical agents and acid-base regeneration treatment, no chemical waste liquid, waste acid and alkali discharge, no neutralization treatment process of waste acid and alkali, and will not cause environmental pollution. The reverse osmosis water tank is equipped with a breather valve to ensure that the pure water is not polluted by the outside world; The primary reverse osmosis water tank is equipped with ocean current selection function to make the excess water in the water tank flow automatically, ensuring that the primary reverse osmosis membrane group does not need to be started frequently. The water quality of electronic pure water equipment is 1m Ω. Cm, 5m Ω. Cm, 10m Ω. Cm, 16m Ω. Cm and 18m Ω. Cm respectively, so as to distinguish different water quality.

3、 New process of electronic grade pure water equipment:
According to different application industries, the process of electronic grade pure water equipment is also different. Here, we take the pure water preparation process of semiconductor chip crystal components as an example:
1. Pretreatment → reverse osmosis → intermediate water tank → water pump → EDI device → purified water tank → pure water pump → ultraviolet sterilizer → polishing mixed bed → precision filter → water object (≥ 18m Ω. Cm) (latest process)
2. Pretreatment → primary reverse osmosis → dosing machine (pH adjustment) → intermediate water tank → secondary reverse osmosis (positive charge reverse osmosis membrane) → pure water tank → pure water pump → EDI device → ultraviolet sterilizer → precision filter → water object (≥ 17m Ω. Cm) (latest process)
3. Pretreatment → reverse osmosis → intermediate water tank → water pump → EDI device → pure water tank → pure water pump → ultraviolet sterilizer → precision filter → water object (≥ 15m Ω. Cm) (latest process)
4、 Installation and inspection instructions for electronic pure water equipment:
1. Electronic grade pure water equipment shall be placed in a place with good drying and ventilation effect, and the ambient temperature shall be within 5-45 degrees. No wind and moisture, easy to create a bacterial growth environment, resulting in corrosion of materials and damage to internal components; Affect the quality of produced water; Reduce water yield; Hinder the normal and safe operation of the equipment.
Space reconstruction: plan the ventilation and drainage structure; Do a good job in special treatment such as moisture and mildew prevention of walls and floors.
2. After the equipment is in place, stainless steel pipe valve shall be selected for connection, and the pipeline shall be fixed safely and firmly.
3. The electronic pure water equipment shall be installed according to the circuit diagram, the equipment wire connection shall be operated by professional technicians, and all parameters of the power supply shall meet the equipment requirements.
Pre operation inspection and commissioning of electronic pure water equipment:
1. Before starting the machine, check whether the power is connected, and observe whether the water level and original water pressure of the preprocessor water tank are in normal state.
2. Check whether all valves are in the correct state, and open all exhaust valves to exhaust the air inside; Open the primary and secondary water inlet valves and concentrated water valves on the electronic pure water equipment.
3. First open the front water valve of the security filter to introduce the pretreated water into the RO equipment, and continue to feed the pretreated water for low-pressure flushing for 35-50 minutes.
