一、設(shè)備簡介
1、 Equipment introduction
二級反滲透設(shè)備又稱為雙級反滲透,原水加壓送至預(yù)處理系統(tǒng)粗過濾,再進(jìn)入精密過濾器過濾后,通過一級高壓泵加壓送至一級反滲透系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)出的水再由二級高壓泵加壓送至二級反滲透系統(tǒng),生產(chǎn)出產(chǎn)品水,稱為二級反滲透。二級反滲透就是級反滲透的透過水經(jīng)調(diào)整PH值后,再由級高壓泵送進(jìn)級反滲透系統(tǒng)處理,從而獲得透過水的過程。二級反滲透的系統(tǒng)脫鹽率≥99.5%。這樣就能使含鹽量在1000ppm以下的原水,不經(jīng)過離子交換直接處理水質(zhì)能達(dá)到中國實(shí)驗(yàn)室用水《GB6682-2008》三級水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。進(jìn)水要求:污染指數(shù):<5;水溫:10-35;ph值:2-11;游離氯:<0.1ppm;濁度:<1。其產(chǎn)水電導(dǎo)率一般為5uS/cm以內(nèi),含鹽量<0.1㎎/L。

The desalination rate of two-stage reverse osmosis system is more than 99.5%. In this way, the raw water with salt content below 1000ppm can be directly treated without ion exchange, and the water quality can meet the grade III water standard of gb6682-2008. Requirements for water inflow: pollution index: < 5; Water temperature: 10-35; PH value: 2-11; Free chlorine: < 0.1ppm; Turbidity: < 1. The conductivity of the produced water is generally within 5us / cm, and the salt content is less than 0.1 mg / L.

反滲透是一種借助選擇透過(半透過)性膜的功能,以壓力為推動力的膜分離技術(shù),膜元件由反滲透膜導(dǎo)流布和中心管等制作而成,將多根RO膜元件裝入不銹鋼耐壓容器內(nèi),組成RO組件。本裝置是脫鹽系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵,成熟的工藝設(shè)計、合理的控制、操作及管理,直接決定著系統(tǒng)的正常、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。并關(guān)系到反滲透膜的使用壽命,經(jīng)反滲透處理后的出水,去除了絕大部分無機(jī)鹽和幾乎的物,微生物(、熱源等)從而確保了本系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品水的高質(zhì)量、高品質(zhì)。完成預(yù)處理后的出水其出水由淤積密度指數(shù)SDI測試儀監(jiān)測,當(dāng)SDI值<4時,即可進(jìn)入RO系統(tǒng),由高壓泵增壓后進(jìn)入反滲透系統(tǒng),RO出水一部分(脫鹽純水)去儲水箱,另一部分由管道匯集后成濃水(主要含有鹽份、機(jī)械雜質(zhì)、膠體、物等)隨小部分未透過水排入下水道。

When the SDI value is less than 4, the effluent can enter the RO system, which is pressurized by the high-pressure pump and then enters the reverse osmosis system. One part of the RO effluent (desalinated pure water) goes to the water storage tank, and the other part is collected by the pipeline to form concentrated water (mainly containing salt, mechanical impurities, colloid, water) With a small part of the water not through into the sewer.
