Operating procedures for swimming pool water treatment equipment
1: General description of operation
1. Open the circulating system regularly for filtration, heating, disinfection, algae removal and pH value adjustment.
2. Turn on the swimming pool equipment before turning on the ozone equipment, turn off the ozone equipment before turning off the swimming pool equipment.
3. When backwashing the filter sand cylinder, the water pump and other equipment must be turned off before adjusting the sand cylinder valve.
2: The operation process of equipment in the machine room is as follows:
1. Check all valves to ensure that the pool water level and water tank water level are in the normal position.
2. Confirm that the rotary handle on the sand filtering cylinder is adjusted to the "normal filtering" position.
3. Start the circulating pumps one by one. If the equipment is started all day, the water pump shall be used intermittently.
4. Ozone switch sequence (open the swimming pool first and then open the ozone, close the ozone first and then close the swimming pool)
The startup steps of ozone are as follows:
① First turn on the main ozone power supply of the electric box of the swimming pool.
② Open the cooling water valve behind the ozone generator equipment until water is discharged.
③ Turn on the power switch and air source switch on the ozone generator equipment.
④ Wait for about 1 minute, and then open the valve in the mixing system equipment.
⑤ Then turn on the ozone switch on the ozone generator equipment.
Ozone shutdown steps are as follows:
① Turn off the ozone switch on the ozone generator first.
② Wait about 1 minute before closing the valves in the mixing system equipment.
③ Turn off the air source on the ozone generator equipment and then turn off the power supply
④ Close the cooling water valve behind the ozone generator equipment to ensure that no water is discharged.
⑤ Then turn off the main ozone power supply of the electric box of the swimming pool.
Alarm: if the alarm buzzer sounds after the ozone power is turned on or during operation, it is the worker of water cut-off protector or temperature protector. Check whether the cooling water is disconnected or the flow is too small. The equipment shall be operated in strict accordance with the above steps, otherwise the equipment will be easily damaged.
5. Turn on the pool temperature controller.
6. Turn on the power switch of the water quality detector of the electric box, and the pH # value dosing pump and disinfectant dosing pump are interlocked with the water quality detector. When the water quality detector is turned on, the pH ^ dosing pump and disinfectant dosing pump will automatically start to work. When the pH ^ value and ^ ORP ^ value are within the normal range, the dosing pump will automatically close.
7. The flocculant dosing pump is manually controlled. When the flocculant dosing pump needs to work, turn on the flocculant manual switch on the electric box. After the flocculant dosing pump is started for 4 hours, the filter sand tank needs to be backwashed.
3、 Daily work of swimming pool operation
1. Often carry out sewage suction at the bottom of the pool and decontamination on the water surface.
2. Regularly test the pH value and residual chlorine content of the pool water.
3. Add 5% fresh water to the swimming pool every day.
4. Regularly check the hair filter of the water pump. If there are sundries in the filter basket, it shall be cleaned in time.
5. Generally, the filter sand cylinder shall be backwashed in about 7-10 days. The backwashing time of each sand cylinder is about 5 minutes, and each sand cylinder shall be backwashed one by one.
6. Check whether the reagent water level in the dosing bucket is normal.
7. Listen - check whether the operation sound of the equipment in the swimming pool machine room is normal. If there is any abnormality, it shall be repaired in time.
Look at the operation of the equipment in the swimming pool machine room and whether there is water leakage. If there is any abnormality, it shall be repaired in time.
4: Dosing ratio of swimming pool chemicals
1. Flocculant - 5% diluted solution is automatically added in the dosing bucket. Or add 10 grams per ton of water, dilute it in a bucket and sprinkle it in the swimming pool.
2. PH ^ value adjusting agent -- dilute 5% solution and automatically add it in the dosing bucket, or directly sprinkle it in the swimming pool. Adding 10g pH ^ value increasing agent per ton of water can increase the pH ^ value by 1 degree (the same is true for pH ^ value reducing agent)
3. Disinfectant - the diluted 5 solution is automatically added in the dosing bucket. Or add 5g per ton of water, dilute it in a bucket and sprinkle it in the swimming pool.
4. Clarifier - 1kg / bottle, which can maintain 150O tons of pool water, diluted in a bucket and sprinkled in the pool. Once a day. Used for clearer pool water.
5. Add 5g algae remover per ton of water, dilute it in a bucket and sprinkle it in the swimming pool. Generally, it is put into use once every 7-10 days. It is used to sterilize and kill algae in pool water.
5: Hygienic index of swimming pool water quality
1. PH} value: 7.0-7.8
2. Redox potential ORP value: ≥ 650mv
3. Free residual chlorine: 0.3-1.0mg/l
4. Turbidity: ≤ 1.0ntu
5. Urea: ≤ 3.5mg/l
6. Total number of colonies: ≤ 100 CFU / ml
7. Total coliform: not detectable
8. Cyanuric acid: s50mg / L
9. Water temperature of swimming pool: 23-30c
