Runxin control valve is the first multi-functional control valve for fully automatic water treatment system with independent intellectual property rights in China. Relying on the principle of face seal, multiple valves are closely integrated on one valve body in a plane circumferential arrangement. When the moving plate is rotated, the function of closing several valves at the same time and opening several other valves at the same time can be realized.

1. Manual filter valve series
Manual filter valve 51 Series (original f56 Series) manually controls the valve core through the handle to realize the functions of operation, backwashing, forward washing and so on.
2. Manual softening valve series
Manual softening valves 61 and 71 series (original f64 series, F77 and f78 Manual Series) manually control the valve core through the handle to realize the functions of operation, backwashing, salt suction slow washing, salt tank water replenishment, forward washing and so on.
3. Automatic filter valve series
Automatic filter valve series 52 and 53 (original F67, f71, F75, f77b, f78b and other series) have two display control modes of LED and LCD. The program is used to drive the motor to control the valve core, and automatically realize the switching of operation, backwashing, washing and other functions according to the time signal.
4. Automatic softening valve series
Automatic softening valves 62, 72, 82 and 63, 73 and 83 series (original f63, F65, F68, f69, f74, f77a, f78, F79 and f82 Series) have led and LCD display control modes. The program drives the motor to control the valve core, and automatically starts regeneration according to the time signal, flow signal or effluent quality. The time signal is used to automatically realize backwashing, salt absorption slow washing, salt tank replenishment Switching of washing and other functions.
5. Special water control valve series
Special water treatment control valves 11 (fluorine removal), 13 (oxygen removal), 15 (salt removal) and other series of control valves use the program to drive the motor to control the opening and closing of the valve core, automatically start the regeneration according to the time signal, flow signal or effluent quality, and automatically realize the switching of other functions by using the time signal.
6. Bypass valve series
Bypass valve 41 series (original F70 Series) manually controls the valve core through the handle to realize the functions of operation, partial bypass, bypass and so on. When bypassing, it can supply water to the rear stage when changing filter material or maintenance time; The partial bypass function of the softening valve can add some raw water to the soft water.

1. Working principle
Relying on the principle of face seal, multiple valves are closely integrated on one valve body in a plane circumferential arrangement. When the moving plate is rotated, the function of closing several valves at the same time and opening several other valves at the same time can be realized.
Structural principle
With a certain area of high flatness, the fitting of two planes can seal and block the flow. The Runxin valve fixes a fixed seal piece with high flatness in the inner diameter of the valve body, and drives the ceramic dynamic seal piece with high hardness and high flatness to fit and rotate with the fixed seal piece through the handle or motor. Since the dynamic seal piece and the fixed seal piece have different blind holes and through holes respectively, when the moving piece stays at different positions of the fixed piece, different fluid channels can be generated, so as to realize water preparation, backwashing Salt absorption + slow washing, replenishing water to the salt tank, positive flushing and other functions. (Note: the filter valve realizes three functions: water making, backwashing and positive flushing).
Principle of automatic control valve
Signal → program control valve → transmission device → moving valve plate → setting as device → program controller
The system is controlled by microcomputer, and takes the time, flow or effluent quality as the signal start program. The moving valve plate is driven to rotate through the transmission device. After reaching the corresponding position, the signal is transmitted to the microcomputer through the setting device to stop working; When the next signal meets the setting requirements, start and turn to the next station again. In this cycle, the required functions can be realized in the process of rotating the moving valve plate for one cycle.

During regeneration or cleaning, the control valve automatically blocks the water outlet pipeline of the water softener or filter to prevent untreated raw water from entering the system.
Simple assembly
The valve is mainly composed of valve body, dynamic and fixed sealing plate, shift fork, compression screw plug, etc; Complex parts - the valve body adopts one-time forming, with less processing links and high dimensional stability.
The positioning of each working position is directly fixed on the valve body, which has higher positioning accuracy.
During installation, each part is limited and can not be installed wrong.

The ratio of the salt absorption capacity of the ejector to the total outlet flow is between 25% ~ 35%.

3. Performance
Runxin valve has stronger anti impurity ability and large backwash flow. There are two display modes: LED and LCD. The regeneration modes include downstream regeneration and countercurrent regeneration. The factory products of Runxin valve are 100% tested by 0.1MPa, 0.6MPa air pressure and water pressure, and have passed the NSF certification in the United States, with strict reliability.
