be careful! Before using reverse osmosis water treatment equipment, do not forget to perform a performance test
1、 Test basis
GB/T13922.1-1992 "Performance Testing of Water Treatment Equipment - Part 1: General Principles"; GB/T19249-2003 "Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment"; DB44/T841.2-2010 "Performance Testing of Water Treatment Equipment - Part 2: Reverse Osmosis".
2、 Detection content
By conducting water pressure tests on reverse osmosis water treatment equipment, testing the rated flow rate and initial operating pressure difference of the security filter, testing the rated flow rate of the high-pressure pump, testing the desalination rate, recovery rate, production water flow rate, testing the low-pressure protection device for the high-pressure pump inlet, testing the high-pressure protection device for the main inlet, testing the high-pressure impact protection device, testing the membrane element backpressure protection device, and testing the automatic delay flushing protection device for shutdown, Evaluate the performance of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment.
3、 Inspection method
1. Hydrostatic test
Test environment: There should be reliable protective facilities. The water pressure test of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment should be carried out when the surrounding temperature is above 5 ℃, and anti freezing measures must be taken when it is below 5 ℃. The water used in the hydraulic test should be clean water, and the water temperature should be maintained above the surrounding dew point; Test requirements: Conduct an overall water pressure test on the reverse osmosis system without adding membrane components, with a system test pressure of 1.25 times the design pressure; Experimental process: Start the booster pump and slowly increase the water pressure. When the water pressure rises to the design pressure, the pressure increase should be paused to check for any leakage or abnormal phenomena, and then the pressure should be increased to the test pressure. It should be maintained at the test pressure for 30 minutes and then lowered to the working pressure for inspection; Qualification criteria: Pressure components, assembly joints, and welds shall have no leakage or abnormal deformation, and the pressure shall remain unchanged during the inspection period, indicating that the water pressure test is qualified.
2. Detection of rated flow rate and initial operating pressure difference of the security filter
Testing conditions: The security filter is installed with a new filter element and tested after running for 1 hour under the designed operating conditions. Rated flow detection: Use the flow meter on the outlet pipeline of the security filter (or the flow meter on the outlet pipeline of the high-pressure pump) to measure the flow rate. The rated flow rate measured meets the design flow rate and is considered qualified. Initial operation pressure difference detection: Use the pressure gauges on the inlet and outlet pipes of the security filter to measure the pressure and determine the initial pressure difference. If the initial pressure difference is less than 0.05MPa, it is qualified.
3. Rated flow detection of high-pressure pump
When the reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is put into operation, adjust the system regulating valve, and when the outlet pressure of the high-pressure pump reaches the design parameters, use the flow meter on the high-pressure pump outlet pipeline to measure the flow rate. The rated flow rate of the high-pressure pump measured meets the design flow rate and is considered qualified.
4. Detection of desalination rate
When the reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is put into operation, adjust the system regulating valve, and when the system pressure, production water flow rate, and recovery rate reach the design parameters, the dissolved solids in the reverse osmosis inlet and production water shall be detected according to the dissolved solids detection method specified in GB/T14415.
It should be noted that doing a good job in performance testing of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is not only necessary to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and improve its efficiency, but also the key to extending the service life of the equipment. Therefore, we hope that before use, everyone must strictly carry out performance testing work in all aspects of the equipment based on the above methods.
