Equipment configuration instructions for reverse osmosis system of pure water equipment
Each filter is equipped with complete valves, monitoring instruments, internal connecting pipes, various accessories, etc. The installation position of the sampling hopper is convenient for operation and maintenance operations. The pressure gauge is equipped with an isolation valve, and the equipment body is equipped with a peephole.
1. Equipment production requirements
A. Anticorrosion treatment shall be carried out inside the equipment.
B. All internal pipelines are connected to the body using flanges, and the convenience of maintenance and component replacement is considered. The material of internal components meets the specified requirements, and the fasteners are equivalent to the material of internal pipe fittings.
C. Internal components are fixed and reinforced to withstand the impact of water flow.
D. The material used for equipment inspection is transparent and corrosion-resistant laboratory pure water equipment, which can withstand the design pressure of the container and the test pressure during testing. The inner surface of the endoscope is flush with the inner surface of the container.
E. The manhole of the container ensures the access of maintenance personnel and replacement parts. The inner surface of the manhole and manhole cover is flush with the inner surface of the container. The manhole is equipped with a complete set of components such as manhole covers, washers, bolts, nuts, and lifting rods.
F. All internal devices, fittings, components, etc. of the container shall be installed and fixed inside the container before shipment to prevent missing parts and damage or loss during transportation.
G. Set up support feet for the device.
2. The upper inlet device of the filter is a baffle type inlet device, and the lower drainage device is a porous plate.
3. Each filter is equipped with a flow meter on the inlet pipe and a pressure gauge on the inlet and outlet pipes.
A complete reverse osmosis system, including security filters, high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane components, supporting instruments, valves, piping and body components, as well as dosing and cleaning equipment.
The equipment output, effluent quality, and other technical indicators meet the design requirements
The reverse osmosis system adopts local/remote control operation mode. The configuration of monitoring instruments for the water level of the intermediate water tank and the system's water production capacity meets the requirements for remote control startup, shutdown, or system switching.
1. Security filter
The structure of the security filter meets the requirement of rapid replacement of filter elements.
Install a discharge valve on the water pipe that enters the security filter.
2. Reverse osmosis feed pump (high-pressure pump)
The high-pressure pump adopts a vertical multi-stage water pump, and the materials of the pipes and accessories are all made of stainless steel laboratory pure water equipment.
The outlet of the high-pressure pump is equipped with a slow opening device (to control the valve opening speed) and a pressure switch to prevent the membrane components from being impacted by high-pressure water and delaying the alarm and pump shutdown when the pressure is high.
Install a pressure switch for the membrane module to receive high pressure water impact and delay high pressure alarm and pump stop signals.
The sealing method considers corrosion resistance and mechanical sealing.
Install a pressure switch at the inlet of the reverse osmosis feed pump, and alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is low. Install a high-pressure switch at the outlet to alarm and stop the pump when the pressure is high.
3. Reverse osmosis (RO) device
The RO device is set up with 2 series units, each column can operate independently or simultaneously.
The selection of reverse osmosis membrane elements shall be based on the characteristics of water quality. The membrane with large water permeability, high desalination rate, good chemical stability and good mechanical strength shall be selected.
The design water flux of RO membrane elements should be selected according to the low water flux value specified by the membrane element. And a reasonable arrangement and combination should be selected to ensure the normal operation of membrane components and a reasonable cleaning cycle.
Clearly provide the type and point of dosing for water supply based on the characteristics and requirements of water quality. The selection of chemical cleaning solution is determined based on the water quality of the feedwater and the characteristics of the selected reverse osmosis membrane components, and the required types and requirements of drugs are proposed.
There are sufficient interfaces and valves on the main water supply pipe, concentrated water pipes, and production water inlet and outlet pipes of the RO device to connect with the cleaning solution inlet and outlet pipes during cleaning.
RO concentrated water drainage is equipped with a flow control valve (solenoid valve) to control the water recovery rate.
The design of the RO device avoids membrane components being subjected to back pressure.
Sampling points are set up for the inlet pipe and product water pipe of the RO device, and the number and location of sampling points can effectively diagnose and determine the operation status of the system.
4. Cleaning system
The cleaning equipment includes a cleaning box, cleaning pump, security filter, cleaning box electric heater, pipelines, valves, instruments, etc. All equipment should be assembled on a chassis to form a unit. The material and anti-corrosion coating of the cleaning system should be suitable for the cleaning fluid used. The cleaning box is equipped with an electric heater.
5. Flushing system
The flushing system includes flushing pumps, valves, pipelines, etc. When the high-pressure pump is designed to stop, the flushing pump is interlocked. The control of the flushing system adopts automatic program operation and on-site operation methods.
6. Reverse osmosis system pipeline
The pipeline design of the entire system avoids dead corners to prevent bacterial growth, and is equipped with a flushing system. High pressure pipelines are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with corresponding media (polished outer surface).
7. Reverse osmosis system instrument
The number of monitoring instruments configured for the system should meet the requirements for safe, stable, and reliable operation of the system, with laboratory pure water equipment.
Sampling points for flow measurement: Local flow indicators are installed for each reverse osmosis feed water, total product water, and cleaning water (after the security filter).
Pressure measurement sampling points: on-site pressure indicators are installed at the inlet and concentrated water outlet of each RO section;
Pressure switches are installed at the inlet and outlet of the reverse osmosis feed pump.
Sampling points for analysis instrument measurement: automatic SDI instruments are installed at the inlet (main pipe) of two security filters;
Sampling point for liquid level measurement: A liquid level gauge (with liquid level alarm signal) is installed in the cleaning water tank, and the corresponding interlocking start and stop functions of the pump are achieved.
Temperature measurement sampling point: The cleaning box is equipped with a thermometer and a thermal resistor.
The RO product water outlet is equipped with a conductivity meter, and the main inlet of the RO device in front of the security filter is equipped with a conductivity meter.
Dosing System
Provide a complete dosing system according to system requirements, and provide drug types, dosing concentrations, dosage, and related instructions.
Requirements for dosing system:
Each dosing system is designed as a unit, and each dosing device is equipped with a solution tank, metering pump, valve, pipeline, etc.
The volume of various drug solution tanks meets the daily drug usage of all equipment, and laboratory pure water equipment is equipped with local liquid level indicators and remote liquid level indicators, and can emit high and low liquid level alarm signals.
The solution tank body is made of corresponding corrosion-resistant materials.
The dosing device can automatically adjust the dosage according to the flow rate.
The pump stroke of the metering pump is adjustable from 0 to 100%, and the output is 1.25 times the maximum dosage. The measurement accuracy at the point of maximum stroke (relative stroke is 100%) shall not be less than 1%. The metering pump can receive flow signals and automatically adjust the dosage. The metering pump is a high-quality imported product with mature operating experience.
Configure valves according to process requirements, and connect them to corrosion-resistant valves.
The dosing pump will be designed for continuous operation. The arrangement of the pump should facilitate testing, replacement, and maintenance of all components.
All metal and non-metallic components that come into contact with the transportation of the corresponding liquid medicine shall be made of materials that are resistant to the corrosion of the corresponding liquid medicine.
The drug configuration is based on the low liquid level alarm signal of the drug dissolution tank and the instructions of the operating personnel.
