Design ideas for wastewater treatment equipment in breweries

(1) First level processing:

The discharged wastewater flows through two grids, one coarse and the other fine, mainly to remove large suspended solids and floating objects, and to prevent mechanical equipment such as sewage lifting pumps from clogging. Then it flows into the oil separation sedimentation tank, and the wastewater contains sediment, which can be removed through natural sedimentation. The sediment is regularly pumped into the sludge concentration tank by a sludge pump. The oil floats on the water surface and can be manually retrieved for recycling. Due to significant fluctuations in the quality and quantity of wastewater, in order to ensure the subsequent treatment effect and operational stability, a regulating tank is set up in the treatment process to homogenize the water quality and quantity* The system runs smoothly. (3) Third level processing:

The effluent after aerobic treatment overflows into the sedimentation tank, and after sedimentation, clean water enters the disinfection tank. The sludge in the sedimentation tank is regularly pumped into the sludge concentration tank by a mud pump.

Working principle of wastewater treatment equipment in breweries:

The brewery sewage treatment equipment is designed specifically for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial wastewater. The main treatment method adopts a relatively mature biochemical treatment technology, the A/O process (Anoxic Oxic), and the biological contact oxygen process is a sewage treatment process between the activated sludge method and the biofilm method.

The dead biofilm regularly returns to the anoxic part of the sedimentation tank, and the sludge tank undergoes denitrification, digestion, and decomposition by anaerobic bacteria.
