The working principle of reverse osmosis pure water equipment: It pressurizes the raw water in the raw water (equipment inlet) tower by the raw water pump and enters the pre-treatment quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → security filter of RO system → RO membrane filtration system. The core component of the entire equipment is the RO reverse osmosis membrane of the RO system. It can make water molecules and ionic mineral elements pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, while most of the inorganic salts (including heavy metals), organics, bacteria, viruses, etc. dissolved in the water cannot pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, thus separating the permeated pure water from the impermeable concentrated water. At room temperature, the physical method without phase change is used to desalinate and desalinate the brine. The desalination rate of ultra-thin composite membrane components can reach over 95-99%. The pore size of the RO reverse osmosis membrane in pure water equipment is only 0.0001 micrometers, while the diameter of viruses is generally 0.02-0.4 micrometers, and the diameter of ordinary bacteria is 0.4-1 micrometers, which can remove colloids, organic matter, bacteria, etc. in water
Working principle:
In brief, there are many pores on the reverse osmosis Semipermeable membrane, and the size of these pores is equivalent to the size of water molecules. Since bacteria, viruses, most organic pollutants and hydrated ions are much larger than water molecules, they cannot be separated from the water through the reverse osmosis Semipermeable membrane. Among various impurities in the water, soluble salts are difficult to remove. Therefore, the water purification effect of reverse osmosis is often determined according to the desalination rate. The desalination rate of reverse osmosis is mainly determined by the selectivity of reverse osmosis Semipermeable membrane. The desalination rate of highly selective reverse osmosis membrane elements can reach up to 99.7%.
Component function:
Raw water tank:
It is mainly to reduce the mechanical failure caused by the instability of the raw water pressure during the operation of the pump, ensure that the water source of the equipment is sufficient, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Raw water pump:
It provides pressurization guarantee for sand filters, carbon filters, and fine filters of pure water equipment, ensuring stable and sufficient inlet pressure for pressurization. Ensure that the pressurized water pressure is greater than the permeation resistance of the filter, carbon filter, and fine filter, allowing the pressurized water to pass through the pre-treatment system and provide sufficient water source for the RO system.
Quartz sand filter:
The quartz sand filter is made of quartz sand jars (commonly made of fiberglass) filled with 4-8 mesh refined quartz sand. It can effectively intercept sediment, impurities, colloidal objects, suspended solids, etc. in the incoming water, and purify the incoming water quality.
Activated carbon filter:
Activated carbon filters are made of activated carbon tanks (commonly made of fiberglass) filled with specialized particulate carbon for water purification, which are used to adsorb pigments, odors, residual chlorine, and organic substances in water. Make the residual chlorine content ≤ 1PPM.
Security filter:
The security filter is the final filtration system before the pre-treatment (sand filter, carbon filter) water enters the reverse osmosis membrane. It is equipped with a 5us high-precision melt blown filter element, which can remove small particles larger than 5 microns and impurities such as oil mist and solid particles. Due to the high water flow capacity, uniform structure, high pollutant capacity, low pressure loss, and stable efficiency of PP cotton.
RO host system:
RO host system: The RO system is composed of RO membrane shell and RO membrane. The pressure greater than Osmotic pressure is applied to the filtered water in the high-pressure pump, and the RO membrane separation technology is used to effectively remove almost all types of suspended particles, organosilicon colloids, viruses, bacteria and organic pollutants with molecular weight greater than 200. Manufacturing pure water with a conductivity of ≤ 10 μ s. (Raw water quality ≤ 200PPM). The diameter of the surface micropores of RO membranes is generally between 0.5 and 10nm, which can effectively intercept substances greater than 0.0001 micrometers. It is a fine membrane separation product with desalination effect, with a desalination rate of over 98%.
