[Hongjie Water Service] Seven treatment methods for industrial purified water equipment
Most of the water bodies are severely polluted, exacerbating the contradiction of water resource scarcity. Traditional tap water treatment methods can no longer guarantee excellent quality of daily water use. So in the market, various brands of water purification equipment have emerged. The water purification equipment on the front field can be divided into the following 7 types based on water quality treatment methods:
1、 Boiling method: refers to drinking tap water after boiling, which is an ancient method widely used in China. Boiling water can kill bacteria, but it cannot remove some chemicals and heavy metals. Even if its content is extremely low, drinking it is still unacceptable.
2、 Mineralization method: This method refers to adding beneficial mineral elements (such as calcium, zinc, strontium, etc.) to water on the basis of purification, with the aim of exerting the health benefits of mineral water. Commercially available water purification equipment usually achieves mineralization by adding Maifanshi to the equipment, but the artificial mineralization effect is still a controversial issue.
3、 Water purifier: It is a newly invented product in Japan, which first purifies water and then undergoes electrolysis activation. Its alkaline activated water corresponds to the pH value of the human body's internal environment, and has a health effect on the human body, making it suitable for drinking.
4、 Activated carbon adsorption can be divided into the following three forms: commonly used and commonly used carbon containing substances such as essence, coal, and fruit shell (core) are formed through chemical or physical activation methods. It has a lot of micropores and specific surface area, so it has strong adsorption ability and can effectively adsorb organic pollutants in water.
5、 Reverse osmosis membrane method: A type of membrane separation technology that uses pressure to pass water through a synthetic membrane, allowing only pure water to pass through while pollutants are eliminated. The R/O reverse osmosis technology adopted and the high-tech achievements meticulously developed after years of effort. High cost, suitable for areas with poor water quality.
Six micro filtration and ultrafiltration methods: Micro filtration method is a microporous filter membrane made of cellulose or polymer materials, which uses its uniform pore size to intercept particles, bacteria, colloids, etc. in water, so that they are not removed through the filter membrane. This microporous membrane filtration technology, also known as particle density filtration technology, can filter micro or nano sized particles and bacteria.
7、 Combination: When one process is difficult to remove harmful substances from water, using two or more processes is considered a composite type. Such as activated carbon adsorption, ultraviolet sterilization, activated carbon adsorption, reverse osmosis, activated carbon adsorption, microfiltration (ultrafiltration), polypropylene ultrafine fibers, activated carbon, microfiltration (ultrafiltration), etc.
Both ultrafiltration and microfiltration in household water purification equipment belong to membrane separation technology, and there is no clear boundary between the two. The working pressure of ultrafiltration is usually around 0.3 MPa, which can remove macromolecules, bacteria, viruses, etc. from water, but the flux is low.
As for the cost of a set of industrial purified water equipment, it depends on the customer's water production capacity, the required configuration, and the price. Hongjie Water has 10 years of experience in producing purified water treatment equipment, rich production experience, professional technology, and after-sales service team. The equipment components are all of well-known brands, with guaranteed quality and after-sales service.
