Description of spraying wastewater (raw water):
Coating wastewater mainly refers to the wastewater and waste liquid generated from the pickling, rust removal, degreasing, surface adjustment, phosphating, passivation, electrophoresis, and painting processes of the coating production line. The coating production process is widely used in industries such as machinery (automobiles, motorcycles, elevators, etc.), home appliances, furniture, wood, and electronics, resulting in a widespread presence of coating wastewater. If these wastewater is not effectively treated, it will inevitably have a significant impact on the surrounding water environment. Coating wastewater generally includes pre-treatment wastewater and paint spraying, electrophoresis, and passivation wastewater. The pre-treatment wastewater includes washing water and waste liquid discharged from processes such as pickling, degreasing, surface adjustment, and phosphating. Paint spraying and electrophoresis wastewater contains high COD, sometimes reaching tens of thousands or higher; The passivation wastewater contains high hexavalent chromium. Generally, the painting industry has pre-treatment wastewater, and the wastewater from painting, electrophoresis, and passivation depends on the manufacturer's painting process.
Process description of spraying wastewater treatment equipment:
Sewage treatment equipment is mainly used for the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage.
The main treatment method is to use the currently mature biochemical treatment technology - contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are designed according to the general domestic water quality, with inlet BOD of 20Omg/l and outlet BOD of 20mg/l. The sewage treatment equipment consists of six parts in total:
(1) Primary sedimentation tank;
(2) Contact oxidation tank;
(3) Secondary sedimentation tank;
(4) Disinfection pool and disinfection device;
(5) Sludge tank;
(6) Fan room, fan.
The basic characteristics of chemical wastewater are:
(1) The composition of water quality is complex, and there are many by-products. The reaction raw materials are often solvent like substances or cyclic compounds, which increases the difficulty of wastewater treatment;
(2) The high content of pollutants in wastewater is caused by the poor reaction of raw materials and the large amount of solvent media used in production entering the wastewater system;
(3) There are many toxic and harmful substances, and many organic pollutants in fine chemical wastewater are toxic and harmful to microorganisms, such as halogen compounds, nitro compounds, dispersants or surfactants with bactericidal effects, etc.
