one   Fast inclined tube precipitator

The rapid inclined tube precipitator is improved on the basis of the traditional horizontal flow precipitator. The inclined tube is set in the precipitator to increase the sedimentation area, so the efficiency of the inclined tube precipitator is greatly improved. In other words, on the premise of treating the same amount of water, the volume of equipment (or device) can be reduced, and the equipment investment can be reduced. While increasing the inclined pipe to reduce the volume of the equipment, the hydraulic conditions are also greatly improved in technology: when the diameter and spacing of the inclined pipe are small enough (generally about 30mm), the water flow is in a laminar flow state, at this time, the settlement of particles is not disturbed by the water flow, and the stability of precipitation is improved. Therefore, the settling time is shortened. The precipitator is also equipped with a coagulation reaction area. After the raw water enters, the suspended impurities are flocculated into larger particles through coagulation reaction, and then enter the sedimentation area to ensure the sedimentation effect. Because of the reaction area, the precipitator of the equipment has longer coagulation time and better sedimentation effect than the traditional integrated water purifier. Generally, when the turbidity of the influent is less than 1000ppm, the sedimentation effect is better, The effluent turbidity of precipitator is less than 15ppm.

2. Gravity filter

The device is designed for hydraulic automatic recoil, and its working principle is as follows:

The process of filtration is as follows: the clear water after sedimentation or clarification enters the siphon rising pipe through the water distribution tank and U-shaped pipe, and then evenly distributes the water in the filter material layer through the water distribution baffle in the top cover. The water is filtered through the filter material layer from top to bottom. The filtered water enters the catchment area from the water distribution system with small resistance, that is, the outlet tank for storage. When the water level rises to the outlet pipe, the filtered water flows into the clean water tank.

When the filter is just put into operation, the filter material layer is relatively clean, but after a certain period of operation, due to the gradual increase of solid particles and impurities in the filter material layer, the head loss also increases, and the water level rises slowly along the siphon riser. When the head loss increases to a certain extent, the water level in the siphon riser rises to the auxiliary siphon nozzle, The water will flow down rapidly from the auxiliary pipe orifice, and the air in the siphon will be taken away continuously by the entrainment and ejection of the water flow and the suction pipe, so that the siphon will form a vacuum. A large amount of water in the siphon riser will cross the pipe top and fall down along the siphon downcomer. At this time, the backwashing process begins. The water in the flushing water tank flushes the filter layer from bottom to top through the barrel connecting pipe, the catchment area and the water distribution system, and the flushing waste water flows into the drainage well through the siphon pipe for discharge. In the process of flushing, the water level of the water tank gradually drops, about 5 minutes of flushing. When the water level of the water tank drops to the siphon breaker, the siphon is destroyed, the flushing process is over, and the filtration starts again.

With this device, the traditional mechanical backwash pump can be omitted, and the clean water from the clean water pool does not need to be extracted as backwash water, so that the whole system becomes simpler due to the reduction of backwash pump and related pipes, valves and pipe fittings, greatly reducing the operation and management intensity and equipment investment.
